Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of each of the products, reiAngeline, unfortunately, does not offer any returns for any custom personalized portraits or apparel. 

If you are unhappy with your order, please email reizelle.angeline@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you on making things right and coming up with a fair solution for all parties. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email reizelle.angeline@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the custom nature of all of the products we create, cancellations will not be permitted once your personalized portrait has been started. Portraits will not be started until a 50% non-refundable deposit is placed. However, to make any changes (Ei. style, size, photos etc...) please email reizelle.angelin@hotmail.com within 48hrs of placing your order.  Thank you for your understanding!!!
